Workers' Compensation Defense

Binder Kalioundji work with employers, insurance companies, and TPAs to quickly and efficiently resolve Workers' Compensation claims. From the moment a file is received, we develop a case strategy that is aimed at bringing the claim to resolution.  With out of the box strategies combined with proactive and regular communications with attorneys and doctors we bring matters to closure efficiently and quickly.

One thing that makes us stand out from the pack is our understanding of Employment Law and its overlap with Workers' Compensation.  We are able to provide valuable guidance and counseling to employers in areas of accommodation, leaves of absence, and return to work, which are commonly overlooked or misunderstood in the handling of a claim.

We appear at all WCAB locations throughout California.
