Binder Kalioundji have a history of working with employers and representing management in all aspects of employment law including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, breach of contract, defamation and fraud.
We regularly provide advice and counsel to employers in all aspects of the employer- employee relationship including policies, discipline, compensation, individual employee terminations, disability accommodation matters, FMLA and CFRA, COVID-19 compliance, and compliance with State and Federal labor laws.
Real Estate Law
The real estate practice group works with property owners, property management companies, and their service providers to provide counseling and legal defense in all aspects of the landlord-tenant relationship. Zena's unique personality, genuine compassion, and desire to do the right thing makes her well versed in working with tenants to resolve issues.
Representative cases include: habitability, general liability, breach of contract, defense of ADA claims, property damage and unlawful detainer actions.
